【Accommodation Rules】
■ Please take off your shoes indoors.
■ Please keep our property clean and return the room to the same state as you arrived when you check out.
■ Please pack up your trash and leave it indoors as we will dispose of it when you check out.
■ No additional guests are allowed unless declared prior to check-in. Even during the day, it is strictly forbidden to invite other people into the room. If we find an undeclared guest staying in a room, we will charge an additional fee for each additional guest. The price of this fee will be double the normal rate for the additional guest and will be charged for the entire stay.
■ Wi-Fi is a free service and we cannot guarantee speed or operation.
■ If you leave something after check-out and want us to send it to you, the fee will be 3,000 yen + postage, because we need to assign someone to handle it, please understand and pay attention.

【Prohibited items】
■ It is absolutely forbidden to use any kind of fire indoors: - No incense / no smoking / no candles.
There is an $800 fine for doing or using them to remove these odors.
■Do not smoke, and if smoking is found in the room, a special cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.
Please do not smoke at the entrance so as not to disturb the neighbors, if you smoke on the balcony please put the cigarette butts and ash in the small ashtray.
■ Pets are not allowed.
■ Parties and events are not permitted.
■ Do not make noise at night (after 9pm) and keep the volume as low as possible at night. Loud noise may cause disturbance/serious nuisance to neighbours. If we receive a complaint from a neighbor, a tenant may be required to collect a $500 penalty.
■ No drug use.
■ The use of musical instruments is prohibited.
■ Horn devices are not allowed.
■ Do not change the Wi-Fi settings. A fine of $200 will be imposed upon discovery.
*If you use too much in a short period of time, the speed may slow down, but this is only temporary.
If you're using with a large group of people, or if you absolutely need stable radio waves, etc. for your work, we recommend bringing your own separate Wi-Fi.
■ Do not throw away suitcases or cartons without permission. If you throw away without permission, you may be charged a handling fee of more than $100.
