【Accommodation Rules】
■ Do not smoke.
★If the room smells of cigarettes and it is difficult to remove, we will file a claim for such damages caused by smoking.
■ No pets are allowed.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Quiet between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
■ Please take off your shoes when entering.
■ Luggage can be stored from 12:00 on the day of check-in.
■ There are many cases where you take your keys home, so please return them where you left them when you check out! There is a fee (from 20,000 yen) for lost keys.
■ Late check-out will be charged 2,000 yen per hour.
★Please note that if you do not inform us 2 days before check-in, we will not be able to prepare it, and if there is no room available, we will not be able to prepare it.
★However, if you temporarily delay your check-out, we will charge you a late check-out fee of 6,000 yen/hour.
■ Parties and events are not permitted.
★If it is difficult to carry out normal cleaning work due to clutter in the room, an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 yen~ will be charged.
★Oversized garbage is charged from 3,000 yen.
■ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 24:00, and check-out time is before 10:00.
■ If it is necessary in an emergency, the staff may use a spare key to enter your room during your stay. I will try my best to contact you before entering, but depending on the emergency, I may enter regardless of whether I have consent. Thank you understanding.

All refunds resulting from cancellations or early check-out, provided they meet the refund conditions, will be processed to the original payment method you used (including: credit card, LINE PAY). Refunds are handled manually and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Credit card refunds typically take approximately 3–14 business days to be returned to your original card, subject to the processing time of the issuing bank. For e-wallets or other payment methods, actual refund timing follows the respective payment provider’s refund procedures.
