【Accommodation Rules】
✱ Check-in time: 15:00 at the earliest, 18:00 at the latest, if you are late, please call to inform us in advance. Check-out time: before 11:00 noon the next day.
✱ Opening period of the outdoor swimming pool: 3/1-11/30. Pool opening hours: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Closed on Wednesdays for pool cleaning days.
✱Hualien is a mountainous terrain. Relatively, there are more mosquitoes in the wild, especially the small black mosquito commonly known as "Black King Kong". It is recommended that you bring mosquito repellent or wear long clothes to avoid the small black mosquito bites.
✱Because there are some waters in the homestay, for the sake of safety, parents with children must accompany them throughout the activities to avoid letting the children move alone. If an accident occurs, the homestay will assist in handling it, but will not be liable for accidental damages.
✱Please do not destroy or take away all the decorations, furnishings and any equipment items in the rooms of Sherlock Homestay and the homestay. If any of the above happens, Sherlock Homestay may demand compensation according to law.
✱ One quilt is provided for each bed. Temporary extra bed or bedding cannot be provided on the day of check-in. If you need an extra bed, quilt or pillow, please inform us no later than one day before the dormitory, and you will be charged NT$100 for the quilt and NT$50 for the pillow.
✱In order to stay comfortably, please check in according to the "number of reservations". If the actual number of occupants exceeds the number of reservations on the day of stay, the hostel has the right to agree to check in. If the reservation needs to be cancelled, the prepaid deposit will not be refunded .
✱In order to maintain quality, smoking is strictly prohibited in B&Bs and camping compartments. Barbecue, cooking, drinking and loud noises, drug use and gambling are strictly prohibited in the entire area.
✱ It is forbidden to use any electrical appliances and gas appliances that are not equipped in the guest room in the homestay and camping compartments to avoid danger.
✱ Non-residents (including visitors) are prohibited from entering the B&B.
✱It is forbidden to bring pets into the homestay.
✱In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please refrain from loud conversations and noises from 22:00 pm to 08:00 am.

✱Children and adults over 5 years old (inclusive) will be charged TWD$1300 per person, including breakfast, amenities and bedding.
✱Children under the age of 5 are not required to have an extra bed, but the homestay does not provide related equipment and breakfast, and an extra breakfast will be charged at TWD$100/part.

■Villa
For each additional person, over 5 years old (inclusive):
✱An extra person with an extra bed will be charged TWD$600/person. (including breakfast, amenities, bedding)
✱An extra person without an extra bed will be charged TWD$500/person. (including breakfast and amenities, excluding bedding)
✱Children under the age of 5 are not strictly required to add an extra bed, but the homestay does not provide relevant equipment and breakfast, and an extra breakfast will be charged at TWD$100/part.
