■ Extra bed, TWD$1000/person on weekdays, TWD$1000/person on holidays, TWD$1000/person for extra bed during the Spring Festival
■ Extra person but no extra bed, TWD$500/person on weekdays, TWD$500/person on holidays, and TWD$500/person for extra bed during the Spring Festival
■ Each room is limited to one child under the age of six, free of charge.
【Check-in rules】
■ A deposit of TWD$3000 will be charged for the private building, which will be charged on site. The deposit will be refunded after check-out and inspection.
■ Please contact the hotel before check-in to obtain the electronic lock door code. Please remember to show your ID upon check-in so that we can register.
■ Facilities available for private rooms only: karaoke, electric mahjong table, mahjong supplies, barbecue venue (the venue will be charged TWD$1000, which will be charged on-site), ordering barbecue ingredients, kitchen (simple and low-oil cooking: family meals, infants) non-staple food)
※The barbecue venue can provide: barbecue grill, spray gun, clips (2~3 pieces)
※ Borrow pots and pans, tableware, induction cooker, microwave oven, please clean and put them back after use.
■ Breakfast is not included, you can order one TWD$70 for breakfast

■ For those who continue to stay, they only clean the garbage, and do not provide daily cleaning and replacement of toiletries. Please inform us if you need to clean.
■ Children's play area (adults must be accompanied by adults, the hotel does not take responsibility for safety)
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please inform us in advance.
■ In order to maintain the accommodation environment, please do not smoke, drink or gamble indoors.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We are not responsible for any loss, please forgive me.
■ To maintain the tranquility of the accommodation, please speak softly and respect each other's tranquility in the accommodation space.
■ The bedding, furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, and appliance series in the house are the property of this homestay. If the above items are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price. And do not arbitrarily move indoor furnishings (such as beds, LCD TVs).
■ There is no smoking in the homestay (including bathrooms), smoking of gambling products... and other illegal acts. Violators will be dealt with by the police. In order to maintain the safety of the residents and protect the rights and interests of each other, the homestay has installed cameras in the public areas for 24-hour video recording.
■ The B&B is a single-family building, flat on four sides and rice fields on three sides. The wind is strong and the sound of wind cutting is unavoidable, and seasonal products such as insects, mosquitoes, and hidden winged insects are also unavoidable. Please always close the doors and windows, and do not book a room if you mind. .
■ Cameras are installed in the indoor and outdoor public areas of the B&B to protect the rights and interests of both parties. Please do not close or move them arbitrarily. If you mind, do not book a room.
■ We provide a comfortable and bright restaurant for use, please do not bring oily soup into the room.
■Announcement on "Management and Control of Homestays in Yilan County", the main contents are as follows:
For general residences, farmhouses, condominiums, and homestays in townhouse communities, loudspeakers, barbecues, speakers, etc. are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. every night to 8:00 a.m. the next day, and must be stated in the accommodation instructions. Violation of the above provisions will result in a fine of not less than NT$10,000 but not more than NT$50,000 in accordance with Article 55, Paragraph 3 of the Development and Tourism Regulations.
■ Extended stay:
If you want to change the date of your stay, please inform us two weeks before your stay. You will be able to get a refund or keep the deposit for three months, and you can choose to stay within the time limit.

【Tips for pet accommodation】
■ Pets must be noted in the order and charged on-site, and the hotel must be informed in advance.
■ A cleaning fee of TWD$300 will be charged for pets. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to additional charges.
■ Do not allow pets to urinate indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to sit on the sofa and bed when they enter the room.
■ Pets cannot use towels in the room.
■ If the pet will bark in an unfamiliar environment, ask the owner to try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot be left alone in the room. If you go out, you need to bring your pets with you.
