【House Rules】
⬛️Fushanqing B&B is a building on the third floor, with stairs inside and no elevator!
⬛️Due to the mountainous location, it is impossible to completely avoid the appearance of phototactic insects, mosquitoes, geckos or spiders. We will pay special attention when cleaning the house! But if you have doubts or cannot accept travelers, please definitely consider whether to book a room.
⬛️Mosquitoes are more common in summer, please close the screens to avoid mosquitoes disturbing your accommodation quality.
⬛️The lobby and breakfast restaurant will provide mosquito repellent for passengers to use, and the guest rooms are also equipped with mosquito repellent devices for passengers to switch on and off.
⬛️Natural insects and birds are also our specialty. If you cannot accept the sounds of frogs, birds, cicadas, crickets and other natural animals and insects (like waking you up in the morning), please consider whether to book a room.
⬛️Limited designated room types are available for pets, please contact customer service directly to confirm the availability of pets, do not book directly here. All bookings here will be rejected, the room fee will not be refunded, and an additional cleaning fee for violations will be charged.
⬛️In order to maintain the housing quality of each tenant, do not smoke, take drugs, chew betel nuts and cook food (including fire, induction cooker, microwave oven, gas stove, etc.) in the room (including the balcony). If you want to smoke, please go to Outdoor courtyard.
⬛️From 10:00 to 11:00 every night, the lobby will turn off the lights and keep the night lights, and access control will be implemented. Please carry the induction magnetic button when entering and exiting. If you need to use the hall space, please lower the volume to avoid noise, so as not to disturb other tenants and neighbors.
⬛️Please lower the volume before 7:00 am and after 10:00 pm every day, so as not to disturb other tenants and neighbors. Parents are kindly requested to assist children not to play, jump, or run in the interior corridors and stairwells, so as not to cause collision injuries or affect other tenants.
⬛️The B&B prohibits playing mahjong, gambling, loud singing and other activities that are too loud to affect other guests. If you fail to comply with this regulation and refuse to listen to repeated persuasion, we will immediately ask you to check out without refund.
⬛️Smoking illegal drugs and music parties (home parties) are strictly prohibited, and all violations will be reported to the police, and immediate check-out and compensation will be requested.
⬛️ Except for the disposable toilet utensils provided in the room, please do not take other items away. Such as: clothes hangers, hair towels, hair dryers, instant pots, cups, spare parts boxes, weighing scales, etc. If you want to buy, please contact the counter. And please take good care of all the equipment in the homestay. If there is any damage, you will be compensated according to the market price.
⬛️Infant facilities｜The homestay provides sterilizers in the social hall for open use
The following are reservations only, and the number is limited.
Baby cots, bathtubs, and bath stools can be provided in the room.
Equipment and supplies such as bed surrounds and baby bath products are not provided yet. Passengers who need them should prepare them by themselves.
Crib: NTD$300. (Only two groups, including bathtub, bath stool, if additional purchase is required, please contact customer service directly after booking).
⬛️This is an accommodation space with a legal business model (such as: fire protection, insurance, etc.), and it also gives you a safe and secure residence, so when you check-in, please show your national ID card so that we can register. And please pay your accommodation fee in full.
⬛️When you leave the room, please lock the room. Please keep your valuables carefully. You will not be responsible for any loss. You can leave the key at the counter when you go out to avoid losing the key when you are playing. When you check out, please return the door to the room key.
⬛️If you need to delay the check-out time temporarily, please inquire in advance, it will be evaluated according to the room condition on the day of check-in, and an extension fee will be charged separately.
