*The social public space on the first floor of the villa is mainly planned and designed for gatherings of tourists. The living room sofa area has a 65-inch internet-connected TV/touch KTV/electric mahjong table/super-beautiful island kitchen can use battery stoves and steam ovens
★★If you want hot pot and simple cooking, related kitchen knife set tableware, pots and pans, firewood, rice, oil and salt, disposable tableware, cups and plates need to be prepared separately and will not be provided.★★
[Additional precautions for private buildings]
■ No smoking in the whole building
■ The roads near the villa are convenient for parking vehicles.
■ If you book a private building, you will be charged a private building deposit of TWD$10,000 upon check-in, and will be refunded if there is no damage or loss after check-out.
■ A set of electric mahjong tables and mahjong are provided for passengers in private rooms. There is no charge for borrowing mahjong equipment. Please cherish it properly and return it completely after use.

In order to protect the rest rights and interests of nearby residents and provide a more comfortable accommodation environment, the opening hours of KTV singing equipment (limited to private buildings) are from 15:30 to 22:00. In case of appeal, the deposit may not be refunded.

● Definition of pet: All "non-human" companion life forms are regarded as pets. Including but not limited to: cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, rats, reptiles, musk pigs, turtles, etc. (Limited to 2 per room, you need to inform in advance when booking and complete the additional purchase)
● Category 1: Accommodation fee NT$500/night + deposit NT$500.
Suitable for: poodles, Bizons, Schnauzers, West Highlands White Terriers, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Yorkshires, Maltes, birds, turtles.
● Category 2: Accommodation fee NT$1000/night + deposit NT$1,000.
Suitable for: cats, rabbits, pigs, rats, Micks, dachshunds, French bulldogs, Shihu, fox dogs, pugs, corgi, Shiba Inu, Labrado, golden retrievers, husky, shapi, Doberman, Big Dane, bully, etc.

[Pet Check-in Maintenance Code]
1. Self-provided supplies: The homestay does not provide pet meals and related utensils (such as bowls, sleeping mats, cages, urine mats, cat litter boxes, etc.). Please be sure to bring your own.
2. Co-etiquette: In order to maintain the peace of the neighboring house, please guide the pet to be quiet. It is strictly forbidden to leave pets alone in the guest room when going out.
3. Cleaning and maintenance: It is strictly forbidden to bathe pets indoors, and pets are not allowed to enter the swimming pool.
4. Deposit refund mechanism: The deposit will be returned after check-out. It is necessary to confirm that there is no random defecation, no damage to furniture and facilities, and no cat litter, cushions, grass, feathers, etc. scattered on the floor of the guest room.
5. Liability: If the child is unfamiliar with the environment, causing anxiety and damage to the interior, furniture or bedding of the homestay, please compensate according to the price. If the room requires special deodorizing or professional cleaning treatment, the cost will be charged separately.
6. Honest notice: If you bring your pet without prior notice, you will be fined 5 times the original pet accommodation fee if you are found.
