Important Notes
【Accommodation rules】
■ Private rooms do not include breakfast. The homestay provides breakfast booking service. If you need to purchase additional TWD$100/unit, please inform at check-in.
■ If you need to leave your luggage in advance, please note in advance
■ 30 minutes before check-in, please call in advance to avoid you waiting outside; if you check in after 18:00, please make a note when booking, the room will not be reserved and the fee will not be refunded. (If you cannot check in within the specified time due to possible delays in the itinerary, please be sure to inform in advance)
■ 11:00 am to 3:00 pm is the cleaning time for housekeeping. If you need to check in early, please inform the hotel one day in advance.
■If you need to check out late, please inform the hotel in advance. More than 30 minutes will be charged for one hour, $2500 per hour, and a limit of 2 hours.
■ Provide exclusive parking space (4~6 parking spaces)
■ The homestay is equipped with an elevator (the space can accommodate wheelchairs)
■ Do not smoke, all rooms have balconies, if you need to smoke, please go outdoors, TWD$3000/room will be deducted for indoor smoking, and [1 times] the price will be charged for smoking in the living room.
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, partying, drug use, betel nut chewing, alcoholism, gambling and other illegal sexual acts are strictly prohibited in the house. If found, they will be reported to the police.
■ Can use the kitchen, simple cooking with less oil (family meals, baby food)
※You can borrow pots and pans, tableware, induction cooker, electric cooker, microwave oven, oven, please clean and put them back after use, thank you.
※Provide public large refrigerator (for ice simple ingredients or souvenirs)
※Provide public hot and cold water dispenser, coffee machine, kettle, tea set, tea cup
If the glass is damaged TWD$100/pc, and the plate TWD$50/pc. (please let us know when you check out)
■ Provide barbecue venue and order barbecue ingredients. If you need to order ingredients, please note in the order and pay on-site. Barbecue venues can provide: barbecue oven (please bring your own barbecue utensils)
■ Provide singing equipment group, mahjong table, mahjong supplies
■ Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and save water.
■ Please do not damage the items in the house. If you find any damage or loss when you check out, you will be charged according to the price. If field cloth is required, special attention should be paid to whether the tape will damage the primer.
■ If the sheets and beds are damaged due to vomiting, urination and defecation, compensation will be made according to the price, and the guest can bring back the damaged spare parts
■ After ten o'clock in the evening, please keep your voice soft and respect each other's tranquility in the accommodation space. (If there are fireworks to be used, please finish before 8 pm)
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible for any loss, please forgive me.
■For private houses, a security deposit of $6000 will be charged. (The homestay provides free cooking equipment. Before check-out, please clean the bar and living room, barbecue area, kitchen utensils, and garbage sorting. The deposit will be fully refunded. Thank you for your cooperation.)
■The bar, living room and outdoor barbecue area need to be sorted and collected after use; trash cans should be sorted to protect the environment and love the earth together. (If there is no cleaning and sorting of garbage, a cleaning fee of TWD$2000 will be charged)
■ The homestay has a children's paddling pool
※The area of the paddling pool is 4*2 meters, and the water depth is about 75 cm. For safety reasons, children need to be accompanied by an adult. (You are welcome to bring your own swimming ring, and there are gas-pumping equipment on site.)
■ Outdoor children's play area: slide, children's electric car, small basketball, small football
※There are outdoor turf children's facilities on the top floor, parents and children are welcome to use (parents must be accompanied by the whole process) (the top floor is not open during the windy season from November to March)
■ The homestay is equipped with friendly equipment for children: heating tools for non-staple food, baby tableware, baby bathtub, and mother's bath seat. If necessary, please note in the order.
■Guests and VIPs can enjoy [half-price TWD$3000 off the market price of 15 liters of freshly-opened Kirin draft beer barrels], and experience the dense and fine taste extracted from draft beer by pressing the beer column at the bar by themselves.
【Instructions for adding people】
If you need to add people, please make a note in the order and add an additional fee on the spot.
■If the number of people in the private building is 12, the maximum number of extra beds is 4 (in order to maintain the quality of accommodation, groups of more than 16 people are not accepted)
■ In order to ensure the quality of the tenants' housing, visitors who are not in the same day's accommodation are not allowed to visit. If they enter, a cleaning fee of TWD$500 per person will be charged.
■ For continuing tenants, in response to environmental protection, bed packs, sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and towels will not be replaced.
【Tips for pet accommodation】
■ Pets must be mentioned in the order remarks and inform the hotel in advance. Cleaning fees will be charged on site.
■ The hotel will charge a cleaning fee TWD$300/day for pets. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to additional charges.
■ Pets are not allowed to sit on the sofa and bed, or use the towels in the room.
■ If the pet will bark in an unfamiliar environment, ask the owner to try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot be left alone in the room. If you go out, you need to bring your pets with you.
■ Pets need to bring their own food and diaper pads. They cannot use sofas & beds, and they cannot urinate and urinate at will. If the housekeeper finds out that they may charge more cleaning fees, please manage and abide by them. If you are a large dog, please bring your own cage. or leash etc.
