【Notes for adding people】
• No extra bed service or extra person over 12 years old is available in any room/tent type in the entire camp. (For those over 12 years old, please check in according to the number of people in each room)
• Temple tent and B&B room types: 0~3 years old (inclusive) free of charge if not occupying a bed, no meals, no amenities, no extra beds.
Fees:
Children aged 4 to 12 years old: NTD$800 per person, including breakfast. (From July 1, 2023, in response to government policy, we will not proactively provide disposable amenities - disposable towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.) The above fees do not include extra beds and other items not mentioned.
Please place your order based on the actual age of the people!
*The maximum number of people per room/tent not occupying a bed is 1!
• Moonstar area - Children under 12 years old are not allowed to stay. The maximum number of guests per tent is 4. No extra guests are provided.
• Weekly breakfast set meal - Chinese set meal or local breakfast restaurant meal.
【Extension regulations】
• For guests who need to postpone their stay due to reasons other than force majeure, they must contact the operator at least 7 days in advance to inform the operator. This is limited to one postponement (a check-in date must be chosen within three months, and the fee will be charged if the amount exceeds the limit and will not be refunded).
• For passengers who fail to inform the postponement in advance, a proportion of the order amount will be charged according to Xiaozhuang’s cancellation policy.
•The above regulations reserve the right to decide on order adjustments. Thank you for your cooperation.
【Accommodation Information】
• Check-in time: 15:00～20:00. (Early check-in not possible)
• Check-out/check-out time: 11:00.
• A cleaning fee of $1000 per hour will be charged for late check-out. Any time less than one hour will be counted as one hour.
•Change shoes when entering the house (entrance and room) and checking into the tent.
•No smoking in the whole village! Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tent, room, balcony, public space, etc. Violators will be charged an air purification fee of 5,000 yuan.
•To maintain the environment, pets are not allowed. Xiaozhuang reserves the right to refuse accommodation to those who bring pets without permission, and no refund will be given.
•To ensure the quality of accommodation, no visitors are accepted in any area of the village!
• Due to environmental factors, Moonstar area does not accept passengers under 12 years old.
• Please keep the room/tenant keys of the Mountain Front Cabin B&B and Moonstar area in a safe place. If lost or damaged, a handling fee of $500 will be charged for each room.
• If the equipment, decorations or rental items inside and outside the room/tent are damaged or have stains that cannot be cleaned, compensation will be required. (Those who commit intentional acts will be prosecuted according to the law)
• Barbecue regulations: Please ensure that the environment is clean and the garbage is sorted. If it is not restored to a clean state, Xiaozhuang has the right to charge a portion of the cleaning fee (charged on site).
• Due to space limitations, if barbecue is required, Xiaozhuang will arrange the activity area based on the on-site conditions on the day. Barbecue activities are prohibited in front of the tent in the Evening Star area.

【Xiaozhuang Convention】
•All the people in the area must first report to the camp headquarters - "Mu Xiaochu".
• The entire Xiaozhuang area is under control from 22:00 to 07:00. Please lower your volume and refrain from making noise to ensure the quality of your accommodation.
•Xiaozhuang is a stepped campsite, so please be careful and pay attention to the safety of your children.
•Please do not graffiti, throw stones, or hit glass/walls at will; if you cause damage to the equipment, tents, public spaces, etc. in the village, you will be required to compensate for the price and make up for subsequent business losses.
•Leaning, playing, climbing, etc. on fences, slopes, glass and container installations are strictly prohibited. Violators are responsible for the consequences.
•The use of campfires, firecrackers, fireworks, and other dangerous items is prohibited, and high-power-consuming appliances such as electric baking trays, induction cookers, electric pots, ovens, and electric heaters are also prohibited.
•No vehicles are allowed on the grass. If you want to barbecue, please make a fire in the gravel area and raise it at least 60 cm above the ground. Compensation for turf damage is calculated at $300 per 30*30 cm.
•For environmental hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. Please understand. Xiaozhuang reserves the right to refuse accommodation to those who bring pets without permission, and no refund will be given.
•To ensure the safety of the guests, the resort does not allow non-resident visitors. Please forgive me!
•Smoking is strictly prohibited in Xiaozhuang! ! There is a smoking area outside the village, please follow the signs. Please do not spit or discard betel nut residue at will. If you refuse to heed repeated advice, the owner has the right to ask you to leave the camp without refunding your fees.
•Please do not engage in any illegal activities; those who steal or damage items will be required to pay ten times the original price and will be prosecuted according to the law.
•Please keep public spaces clean and tidy and dispose of your own trash.
•There are many mosquitoes in the outdoor mountains, please be prepared for mosquito prevention. If you have a high body temperature or mosquitoes are particularly interested in your feet, you can prepare long-sleeved clothes to avoid bites.
•When playing in the village, please pay attention to wild animals in the mountains and avoid dark places at night. Please abide by the no slapping and no feeding rule.
•No visitors are allowed in the container dining area.
•Don’t drink too much, just have fun. If anyone causes trouble, makes noise, or causes damage while drunk, the police will be called and the person will be asked to leave the camp without any refund.
•In order to maintain the quality of the environment, mahjong, KTV, etc. are prohibited in Xiaozhuang. This does not apply to private events.
•Any gambling, illegal activities, etc. are strictly prohibited and offenders will be prosecuted according to law.
【Tent area_water and electricity configuration】
There are 6 shared sinks and 9 shared electrical boxes. It is recommended that you bring your own extension cord of more than 6 meters.
Temple Area: 1 water tank.
Evening Star Area: 5 water tanks.
[Tent area_bathroom facilities] Hot water/electricity is available 24 hours a day.
Men's restroom: 2 sit-down toilets, 2 squat toilets, and 6 urinals.
Women's restrooms: 2 sit-down toilets and 2 squat-down toilets.
Men's showers: 4.
