Important Notes
1. Check-in time: 15:00~22:00. If you cannot receive in person, please call the hotel after paying the room fee, and we will assist you in self-check-in.
2. Room payment can be accepted in New Taiwan Dollars, bank transfer, Line Pay. Credit card payment will be charged a 2% handling fee.
3. The check-out time is 11:00 in the morning. If you are overtime, you will pay an additional NT$100 per person per hour. When you check out, please insert the key back into the locker and put the indoor slippers in the basket in front of the door, let us disinfect.
4. W3 Youth Hostel is a legally registered homestay in Yilan County: No. 1622. Please show your ID card registration information according to government regulations when you check in, conduct a real-link system, and do a good job of disinfection.
5. Surveillance video cameras are installed in the public area and stairwell of W3 Youth Hostel, which is safe and sound, please rest assured.
6. Please check in according to the number of people in the room. If the number of people increases without notifying the housekeeper, the night fee will be charged for those who check in by themselves.
7. W3 will try to arrange beds according to your accommodation preferences, but if there are a large number of occupants, it will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. W3 Hostel does not provide personal toothpaste, toothbrush and towels, but provides high-quality bath and shampoo products. Please bring your usual toilet utensils! We will also prepare for you: hair dryer, indoor slippers.
9. Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs), and a cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged if found.
10. If the facilities inside and outside the room are damaged or have stains that cannot be cleaned, the original price must be compensated.
11. If you lose your room locker key or storage bag, please pay TWD 200 per copy.
12. Those who intentionally destroy or steal damaged items shall be compensated at 10 times the original price and shall be brought to justice.
13. In order to clean the environment and avoid affecting other guests, beverages and food are prohibited in the backpack room. You can finish eating the food and beverages in the saloon on the first floor, and follow the instructions to sort the garbage. If there is any dirt, A cleaning fee of twice the room rate will be charged.
14. The communal kitchen is used by the little housekeeper to prepare breakfast, and it is not available for rent. We have microwave ovens available if needed.
15. In order to protect the living quality and privacy of guests, non-booking guests are not allowed to visit, take pictures or disturb the hotel.
16. Taiwan law stipulates: Smoking in public places (including balconies and top floors) is completely prohibited. Violators will be fined 2,000 to 10,000 yuan according to law.
17. Gambling, drinking, partying, making loud noises and taking drugs are strictly prohibited in the whole hotel. Anyone who violates the law immediately notify the neighboring police station.
18. W3 has no access control, and you can enter and exit freely 24 hours a day, but those who return late must be quiet. Please lower the volume after PM10:00, no noise after midnight AM12:00, only static activities are allowed.
19. Please turn off the headlights in the room at PM10:00, leaving only the aisle lights under the cabin. In order to give everyone a better sleep quality, please complete the use of the hall, bath, and hair dryer before AM12:00.
20. Please wear indoor slippers when entering the hostel, and keep your personal shoes in the shoe cabinet at the entrance to keep them tidy.
21. Please take good care of your personal belongings, W3 is not responsible for the safekeeping. If W3 finds lost items, they will keep them for you for one week. If you need to send it back, please pay the shipping cost first.
22. When you go out and leave the room, be sure to check whether electrical appliances such as air conditioners, lights, TVs, etc. are turned off.
