Important Notes
【Notes for adding people】
★Due to the limited space in the tent, it can only sleep up to 4 adults, and cannot accommodate 5 or more adults. The extra person without extra bed service is limited to one child, open to children under elementary school (inclusive), and a cleaning fee of NT$ 500 / person (excluding extra bed/meal), please refer to the actual number of occupants/age place an order.
【Notes before check-in】
●Late bird discount is only applicable to those who place an order within 5 days before check-in. The order amount is mainly based on the actual checkout amount, and the operator reserves the right to adjust.
●The check-in time is from 15:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon. If you exceed the stipulated check-in time, please note the estimated arrival time in the order.
●The time to leave the camp is 11:00 am the next day. Please complete the return point of the borrowed equipment with the camp owner before 10:30 am. If you need to delay the refund, you will be charged an hourly fee of NT$ 500 / account, please be informed.
●The location of the tent is arranged by the on-site staff, and it is not possible to specify the location.
●When checking in, the camp owner will charge a "camping security deposit" of NT$ 1,000 / account. When checking out of the camp the next day, after confirming that all equipment is not damaged in any way and that there is no violation of camp regulations, the security deposit for camping will be refunded in full. If there is any damage, compensation shall be made according to the price.
●Please note the number of people staying in the order. Please check in according to the number of people when booking each account. Unreserved visitors are not allowed to enter the camp.
●In response to environmental protection, we do not provide disposable personal toiletries, such as: toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, bath towel...etc.
●Please bring your own when entering the camp: catering ingredients, personal utensils, toilet utensils, warm clothes, personal anti-mosquito products or medical medicines.
●Donado’s equipment-free camping experience does not include meals, and there is no service for ordering ingredients in the camp area. Please be sure to purchase ingredients before going up the mountain. It is recommended to purchase ingredients in Puli Town.
●It is forbidden to use generators and electrical appliances with high power consumption above 300W in the camp area, such as: induction cooker, electric heater, electric cooker, refrigerator, oven, quick cooker, etc., so as not to cause power failure and circuit burnout.
Donado is a pet-friendly camp, but in order to protect the rights and interests of all campers, pets are currently only allowed for residents in the "private area" to bring pets. If you experience the private area, each pet will be charged NT500/piece for cleaning , in addition to comply with the pet convention. If those who are not in the private area bring their pets to the camp area on the day of check-in, they need to pay 1200 per pet for entering the park, please be informed.

Bell tent: two standard double spring beds (including 4 pillows, 2 duvets, 2 cleaning mats, 2 bed bags, 2 electric blankets in winter, 1 Japanese room table, 1 box of toilet paper, and pillows 2, 1 electric fan, 1 dehumidifier, 1 trash can)
●Cooking tent: including 1 large table, 1 small table, 4 chairs, mosquito net, wind and rain curtain, electric light, socket
●Cooking utensils: including 1 cassette stove, 1 gas tank, dish set for 4 people, mugs for 4 people, tableware for 4 people (chopsticks, spoons), 1 small 3-liter soup pot, 4 spatulas , 1 pair of scissors, 1 kitchen knife, 1 cutting board, 2 heat insulation mats, 2 plastic trays, 1 box of toilet paper, 1 dishcloth, 1 kettle
●Camp facilities: parking spaces, bathroom equipment and supplies, refrigerators, water dispensers, public condiments, sinks and supplies

【Bathroom and toilet configuration】

【Precautions】
● In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people stipulated by the camp. If you need to add more people, please inform in advance. (If the number of occupants exceeds the number notified at the time of booking, the camp owner will have the right to refuse the excess number of people to enter all areas of the tent)
● Smoking is completely prohibited. If smoking is found, you will be charged at least USD 100 for compensation.
● Do not check out late. In case of late check-out, there will be a compensation fee.
● Please call to inform in advance when you check in overtime. If you are overtime and do not call in advance, you will not be refunded and the campsite will be reserved.
● Provide relevant identification documents or passport upon check-in for check-in.
● In order to maintain the quality of the environment, it is forbidden to light a fire in the camp area, and only for the campers to light a fire and barbecue in the designated area of the camp area.
● In order to maintain the quality and safety of the accommodation, please cooperate with the complete prohibition of smoking, drinking, gambling, chewing betel nuts, using loudspeaker karaoke, setting off fireworks, sky lanterns, taking drugs and other activities that endanger peace and safety. After 22:00 pm, no noise is allowed. If a similar situation occurs and the persuasion is ineffective, you can cooperate with the police to request to leave the venue and no refund will be given. Thank you for your cooperation.
●If there are force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, natural disasters, etc. on the day of camping, the reservation can be kept for 6 months, and the accommodation can be rescheduled within this period, or other fees will be refunded after deducting the handling fee of NT$100/account. For those who choose to postpone camping and complete the extension procedures, the postponement regulations of the new account shall be handled in accordance with the postponement regulations of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Communications.
●The definition of the time affected by the typhoon is based on the time when the Central Meteorological Bureau issued the "Land Typhoon Warning" on the main island of Taiwan as the reference point. On the "day before" and "the day" of the camping date, the Central Meteorological Bureau issued a "land typhoon warning" on Taiwan's main island, and it is not possible to stay in accordance with government regulations.
