【Notes for adding people】
●Double room/triple room/camper room type: Free for children under 4 years old without occupying a bed, no meals, no accessories, no extra beds. Each room is limited to one extra bed, and the fee for 5 years old and above is $1000/person, including single mattress, breakfast, dinner, and accessories.
●Xingxing Building Middle Building Tent Room Type: No charge for children under 4 years old (inclusive); no extra bed, no breakfast and toiletries. A maximum of two children (under 140 cm in height) can be added to each room, and the fee is $1,200 per person over the age of 5 (inclusive), including sofa bed, breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea, and accessories.
● Pets must be in the order remarks and inform the accommodation in advance.
●Pets are not allowed in guest rooms and restaurants. Pets are allowed in the campervan.
●If you bring pets, please reserve a campervan area, and a pet cleaning fee of 600 per pet will be charged.
※Pet activity range (in the campervan-camping area)
● If pets will bark in an unfamiliar environment, ask the owner to try to stop it, so as not to affect other tenants.
● Pets cannot be left alone in the room (tent). If you go out, you need to bring your pet with you.
【Check-in Instructions】
●Entry time: After 15:00-21:30, please call to inform if you will be late.
●Check-out time: before 11:00 in the morning.
●Restaurant business hours:
Breakfast: 08:00~10:00
Chinese food: 11:00~14:00
Afternoon tea: 14:30~17:00
Dinner: 17:30~20:00
●When checking in, please present your ID to register and settle the balance.
●Pyrotechnics, firecrackers, barbecues, and cooking are strictly prohibited inside and outside the hotel.
●Please take your valuables with you. The hotel is not responsible for custody and will not be compensated for any loss.
●Please do not take away the belongings of the homestay, and please take good care of all supplies and equipment. If damaged or defaced, compensation will be made at the market price.
●10:00-12:00 in the morning is the extended cleaning time. If there is no response after knocking on the door, the cleaning staff will enter the room and clean by themselves. Please notify in advance if cleaning is not required.
●In response to environmental protection, the villa will continue to stay without changing bed sheets, woolen bath towels and other items to reduce water waste. If necessary, please contact the service staff and welcome to bring your own toiletries.
●In response to energy conservation and environmental protection, the mountain villa has low temperature in the mountains. There is no refrigerator or air conditioning equipment in the room. If you need a special refrigerator, you can directly contact the counter staff.
