2.民宿有提供包車旅遊/海釣岸釣服務。

3.若遺失大門/房間鑰匙請賠損300元。

4.進出大門若櫃台無人請鎖門,確保住戶安全。

5.房間任何民宿物品與設施受損請照價賠償。

6.大廳及公共空間所有設施與物品破壞請照價賠償。

7.民宿大廳室內與房間請勿吸菸,違反此條件者,請支付除味清潔費,清潔費以該房價為基準作為旅宿業者補償。

8.每日旅人外出時會進行清潔垃圾與補充日常用品,貴重物品請勿放在房內,若無需整理可以事先告知。

9.入房時間下午15:00退房11:00,未到入房時間15:00行李可寄放民宿,需先告知謝謝。

10.退房早上11:00超出時間每小時內加收600元,以作為補償業者損失。

11:離開房間外出請關電源,如蓄意使用造成電器設施產品損壞需負責賠償全額。

12.每日有提供泡澡劑讓您旅途回房後可享用舒適的浴缸。

13.泡澡的旅人請注意放水量以免溢出,古典浴缸只限一人入浴。

14.本VIP房不提供電視等設備,讓旅人達到完全身心放鬆,遠離塵囂享受清幽環境。
